PPS

PPS it is semi crystal thermoplastic material with flame retardant properties, with excellent chemical resistance, which doesn’t react on all organic solvent up to 200 degrees. It solves in chlorosulfonic acid.
Resistant to oxidants. It characterizes with very good hydrolysis stability in contact with hot water and vapor. Very high thermal resistance allows for short time working temperature up to 280C degree and longtime working temperature up to 230C degree.

Mentioned factors and very good electric properties dedicates this product to production working elements under heat and mechanical burdens. These elements are used in machinery and automotive industry (air and fuel systems, exhaust, heating, fuel injection, pulley wheels, thermostat housing, pumps, valves, gaskets) electric, electromechanics (heating elements, sensors housings, electric heaters elements, relay, plug-in connectors, contact rail, thermal isolators) and in chemical industry (valve bodies, pump impellers). Production shrinkage is depended on level of content of polymer.
