Metallocene PE

Polyethylenes  are produced with usage of special metallocene catalyst. They provide excellent organoleptic properties (tasteless and odorless) and high gloss. Compared with conventional  PE it has a better mechanical strength combined with suitable rigidity.

Ideal for blend and co-extrusion with LLDPE/LDPE in blown film process.

Lumicene M 3410 EP

MDPE
Density: 0,934 g/cm3
Melt flow rate: 0,9 g/10’ (2,16 kg; 190ºC
Good optical properties
Good impact and tear resistance and rigidity. Ideal grade for down-gauging
Outstanding organoleptical properties

High clarity packaging,  food or hygiene packaging,, collation shrink, automatic packaging and lamination.
Ideal for blend and co-extrusion with LLDPE/LDPE in blown film proces.

Lumicene M 3509

MDPE
Density: 0,935 g/cm3
Melt flow rate: 0,9 g/10’(2,16 kg; 190ºC)
Combining the features of conventional blow molding polyethylene with differentiated optical properties such as gloss and contact clarity.

In combination with HDPE BM593 (physical blend),  mPE M 3509 combines all the current requirements for the manufacture of blow molded packaging in the cosmetics.
This grade contains antioxidants.

Lumicene M 4040

MDPE
Density: 0,940 g/cm3
Melt flow rate: 4,0 g/10’(2,16 kg; 190ºC)

Excellent printability.
Very good hot tack properties.
Unique combination of rigidity, mechanics and optics
Good adhesion with PP in co-extrusion cast film process.

Lumicene M 5220

HDPE
Density: 0,952 g/cm3
Melt flow rate: 2,0 g/10’ (2,16 kg; 190ºC)
Very good organoleptic properties, dimensional stability,
stress-cracking resistance, rigidity

It is especially suited for the production caps & closures by carbonated drinks.
This grade does not contain slip agent.

Lumicene M 5220 M

Density: 0,952 g/cm3
Melt flow rate: 2,0 g/10’ (2,16 kg; 190ºC)
very good organoleptic properties, dimensional stability,
stress-cracking resistance, rigidity and process-ability.

It is especially suited for the production caps & closures by carbonated drinks.
Other typical applications include caps & closures for cosmetics and general purpose injection-moulded articles.
This grade contain slip agent.

Lumicene M 6091

HDPE
Density: 0,960 g/cm3
Melt flow rate: 8,0 g/10’(2,16 kg; 190ºC)

Coating in blend with LDPE cast film
Compounding
